You, kind sir (or m’am) have the right to be wondering where the hell is all the twisted, demented, irrational humour we conviniently mentioned earlier. You, know, the whole thing this blog is about. Well, we had arrived to the conclusion that bad, bad BAD humour like the one Klawfive and Cinclaw modestly excel at is quite hard to come up with when wanted.
Joining us, we have some guy who thinks he’s an expert at this subject. Please welcome, me! 😛
I speak by personal experience. Good humour, just like bad humour must be spontaneous, or else it’s not that good (or bad, in this case). Another thing… written humour is harder to come up with than the spoken one, so… t’is a pity. Yet another thing: jokes that are lousy, crappy, unworthy to be spoken, etc come naturally in portuguese (which I speak fluently, by the way), like, for example….. er……. hm…….. See what I mean?. That doesn’t mean we have a problem at hand (they are busy writing, anyhow), only that our humour will not appear as often as it should, but more often than you’d like.
I really need to get you a damn speller 😛
About the whole “creativity” issue, I think we’re just having a slight “medium&language change” issue. We’ll just have to adapt, eh?
Also, we apologise for the inconvenience (which you’re thankful for, I’m sure :))
